I decided to set up Kirby Care over 12 years ago. I could see the need for good quality care in the area and knew that I could provide that. I am so incredibly proud of the service and team that we have created - our reputation reflects our passion and dedication. I am honoured to work with such caring professionals and be part of our clients’ lives.

I fell into caring as a profession by life's circumstances. I can honestly say it's the best job I've ever had. Working with the Kirby Care girls is such an honour with beautiful management, staff and beautiful clients.  A very rewarding job. X

I have worked for Kirby Care for 5 lovely years and I am proud to say that I am part of a very dedicated, professional and friendly team. 

Our work family are a thoughtful, caring team who always put the needs of our clients first.

I'm Wendy, a Mum to 4 children & 4 stepchildren, also a Grandma to 10 gorgeous grandchildren.

I have been working at Kirby Care for just short of 3 years & if i'm honest I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!! 

Our gorgeous clients make me smile every day, they make us all feel like we are one of their family, such a pleasure!! 

Our ladies that I work with have made me feel so welcome & if any of us need help or advice, then we can all rely on each other!!

I have worked for Kirby Care for almost 8 years.  I had never worked in the care sector before, but I soon felt very welcome and have and still do love what I do.  We have a superb bunch of girls, and our service users are what make us want to get up and do what we do each day.
